Auto Electrician

Modern vehicles depend on complex electrical systems. We are looking for an Auto Electrician who follows wiring diagrams methodically, tests rather than guesses, and leaves every repair neat and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical faults using wiring diagrams, multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Repair wiring harnesses, connectors, grounds and power distribution.
- Test and repair charging, starting, lighting and comfort systems.
- Track down battery drain and intermittent electrical faults.
- Work with the diagnostics and coding team on faults that involve control modules.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an auto electrician.
- Confident reading wiring diagrams and using a multimeter; oscilloscope experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of CAN bus and networked vehicle electrics.
- A relevant technical qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Methodical, tidy and patient with intermittent faults.
