High-Performance Master Mechanic

High-performance cars leave little room for guesswork. We are looking for a Master Mechanic who brings deep mechanical experience, diagnoses before replacing, follows manufacturer procedures to the letter and sets the standard for the workshop around them.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex engine, drivetrain, suspension and braking faults on high-performance and luxury vehicles.
- Carry out major mechanical work, including engine and timing repairs, to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform detailed inspections, including pre-purchase inspections of performance vehicles.
- Work with the Lab team on diagnostics, adaptations and calibration after mechanical work.
- Guide and check the work of other technicians, and explain findings clearly to customers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of mechanical experience, including substantial work on high-performance, luxury or exotic vehicles.
- In-depth knowledge of European performance vehicles; dealer or specialist workshop experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with diagnostic data, technical documentation and manufacturer repair procedures.
- A relevant technical qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Calm, precise and accountable, with the judgement to know when a job needs more time.
