AutoTronix is operated by International Technology LLC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. By using the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. ## 1. About the website The website presents AutoTronix services in Muscat, lets you request a booking, ask Otto questions, read general car-care articles, apply for jobs and send partnership enquiries. It is operated by International Technology LLC (“we”, “us”). Some services have their own documents, which apply to them alongside or instead of these terms: - VIP membership: the benefits and conditions shown on our VIP pages and confirmed by our team when you join. - Work on your vehicle: the scope and estimate you approve before work starts, and any warranty we confirm to you for that work. - Job applications: the information and privacy notice on the [Careers](https://autotronix.om/careers) page. - Partnerships, franchise and investment: the notices on the [Partnerships](https://autotronix.om/partnerships) page and any agreement we sign with you. Nothing on the website is an offer of a franchise or of securities. - Personal data: our [Privacy Policy](https://autotronix.om/privacy) and [Cookie Policy](https://autotronix.om/cookies). ## 2. Booking requests The booking form and the WhatsApp, phone and Otto options let you request an appointment. A request is not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms the date and time with you. We may suggest another time if the one you asked for is not available. Please give accurate details (in particular your contact number and vehicle) so we can prepare for your visit. ## 3. Quotations, approvals and prices - Repair costs depend on the vehicle and what the inspection finds, so we give you an estimate after diagnosis. Any fee for the inspection or diagnosis itself is confirmed with you before it is carried out. We do not start repair work without your approval, and we discuss any change in scope or cost with you before proceeding. - Prices shown on the website (for example VIP membership fees) are in Omani rials, include VAT and are correct when published. The price that applies is the one our team confirms when you book or join. - Estimates or price ranges given by Otto or in articles are general guidance only and are not a quotation. ## 4. Website information and car-care tips Articles such as Otto Explains, service pages and maintenance tips are general information. They are written carefully but cannot take into account your particular vehicle, its history or condition, and they are not a diagnosis. Manufacturer instructions and your vehicle’s handbook come first. If a warning light is flashing, the vehicle behaves unsafely, or you smell fuel or see smoke, stop safely and get professional help rather than relying on the website. AutoTronix is an independent service provider. Vehicle brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we work on; we are not an authorised dealer of those brands unless we say so. ## 5. Otto Otto is an information and enquiry assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It can explain symptoms and services, collect your details for our team and help you book, but its answers can be incomplete or wrong, it cannot see or test your vehicle and it does not guarantee a diagnosis, price, availability or outcome. Nothing Otto says is a commitment by us until our team confirms it. For anything urgent or safety-related, call us on +968 9966 8600 or ask Otto to connect you to a person. Please use Otto for genuine questions about your vehicle and our services. Do not use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content or to try to disrupt it. ## 6. Your submissions When you send us information through the website you confirm that it is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that sharing it does not breach anyone else’s rights. If you give us someone else’s details (for example the driver of a fleet vehicle), make sure they know. You are responsible for keeping any links or files you send free of harmful content. ## 7. Copyright and trademarks The website’s text, images, design, the AutoTronix name and logo, the division names and the Otto character are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially, or use our name or Otto in a way that suggests our endorsement, without our written permission. ## 8. Links to other websites The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, the app stores and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms apply. ## 9. Availability of the website We aim to keep the website and Otto available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them, and they may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. If something you need is not working, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. ## 10. Our responsibility to you The website is provided for general information and to help you contact us. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general website information or Otto’s answers instead of an inspection, or by the website being unavailable. Our responsibility for work carried out on your vehicle is set out in the documents for that work. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the Sultanate of Oman or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. ## 11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you use the website applies. ## 12. Governing law and contact These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If there is a difference between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version prevails.
